Thank you for posting and mentioning updates. I decompiled your P3T and got the XML code for the new icons. Now I can update my older themes with new versions. Did you get the new XML codes somewhere, or do you use a seperate program for editing?

Also, I like how it looks like the video camera is sticking out of Pacino’s eye socket in your preview image. Zombie robo-Pacino would be awesome…

Hi
no ive edited the xml file by my self.
i looked at the icons name in a original sony Theme and guessed the rest and it works.
I think i got the Home icon too.
I Include it after the the next PS3 update
and Re-release this Theme updated with new
selfmade Wallies and Icon Fixes etc.

Awesome! I tried to come up with the code myself, but when my first attempt didn’t work, I knew it was going to take a lot of trial and error (if it even worked at all). Anyway, thank you for going to the trouble. I’m sure a lot of people will appreciate it.

Oh, and let me guess…
Home Icon= “icon_home” ? :)

@ Letters2Kay

No prob and yes that’s the possible path but it’s not confirmed.
I saw a Home icon in a sony theme but it had no name and no path.

I added the Home icon and path so we will see in future.

You should optimize your themes wallpapers etc because a theme shouldn’t need to be over 12mb which is our limit.

wich prog can make my wallpapers size smaller but keep 100 percent quality?
Atm im using paint.net for converting and re-sizing images.
Each HD wall is near 1mb (980kb or else).
Is there a better prog?
Thanks

I’ve never tested paint.net so I can’t say really. I use Photoshop myself.

and if u make (or resize) a full hd wallpaper with it at 100 percent quality what filezize did u get?

It all depends on how many colors etc there’s on the background so it’s very different. And 100% quality isn’t needed imo. Very hard to spot any difference between lets say 100% & 80% in “most” wallpapers.
