If your themes comply with the rules, they will always put them up eventually, it’s just been really slow these last few months with the submission review going from 3 to 5 days to 7 days. Maybe they’re short of people who have time to run the site.

lol yes she was Drakes sister in “Drake & Josh”. shes also in “iCarly”. she wasnt attractive to me till she hit iCarly lol. i thought she was too young. till i realized shes my age (17) lol

tbh this looks very cool, i would love to see a katy perry version of this.
i think i will do a katy pery theme. prob. not identical to this but i will do one. so be on the look out! thats if i ever do it and they upload it to the site 🙂 lol
iive actually made more. i made a NICKI MINAJ THEM , a CIARA THEME, and some THELAST AIRBENDER TRIBE THEMES (fire nation and earth kindom so far).hopfull this site decides to upload them. but akatey perry theme? ill see what i can do 😉
