I assume you are on futurerama dynamic theme you just have to click show more and a new page will load on your ps3 and somewhere under the theme it will say download here click that with your x butten on the ps3 remote and it will download

Hi, forgot to say its a static theme….the backgrounds do change….buts it usually when youve played a game and exited it ….or been in the playstation store and exited it.
