Theme by OPTIMUS

Ok, mate, here’s your theme!
As I said, I wanted to make it simple but “meaningful”, and that’s why I kept in mind a certain symbolism while creating it… so, this is the meaning of the background according to the way I conceived it:
As I said, I wanted to make it simple but “meaningful”, and that’s why I kept in mind a certain symbolism while creating it… so, this is the meaning of the background according to the way I conceived it:
1) Jesus placed above the earth = He’s above everything (that’s also why I said the scripture you told me would fit well to the theme somehow… “So we, though many, are one body in Christ”, ie the whole mankind on earth).
2) The deep space all around = the greatness/immensity.
3) The warm light surrounding Jesus = His benevolence and love that should guide our path and lead us to Him.
The theme contains:
– 1 HD/SD handmade background
– Handmade simple icons (like I said, simplicity was my priority)
– 1 sound (chorus) for the “options menu” (other sounds would have been annoying)
Well, I hope you like it… enjoy! 😀

i dont see whats wrong with my religion that i have created, some dude came up with scientology and
a bunch of people jumped on that.
whats so wrong with the religion of doom huh?
just like edger allen poe wrote a version of the bible.
anyone can rewrite the bible and put whatever they want in it, and people will follow, so there are a group
of people on earth that would love my church!
and in time the beliefs would be passed down to the point where it can become as followed as the catholic church. the holy day of friday! there will be tv sermons where you can contribute to my church via credit card!!! easter friday we will give children vanilla squirrels instead of chocolate bunnys, instead of easter egg hunts, freeze tag!!
but if you choose not to believe in me…
if you so boldly choose do not heed my words..
i will send you to a place where you will be cast out of existence and tortured for all time in ways beyond your comprehension. your worst dreams would seem like pleasure compared to my wrath.
would you like a vanilla squirrel ?
@ uLtRaMa6nEt1c
He’s only replying to me with more questions and clearly doesn’t have interest in your comments anymore or mine considering his last comment.
@Optimus
I just also wanted to say that I just noticed the little glimpse of sunlight on the icons which was pretty look if I may add 🙂
Again IceDragon1017, I’m not ridiculing your beliefs. It’s your presentation. I do appreciate you using your own words these few times.
As much as the existence of god hasn’t been disproven it hasn’t been proven either. It’s all hope of which the word ‘faith’ is a synonym.
I’m not trying to disuade you from believing (your obviously not reading my comments), but no one hear is looking to be converted. Are you unable to respect that? That wouldn’t be very Christ like of you.
@ IceDragon1017
Cancer can’t be cured because it’s the mutation of cells so you would have to check every cell if it had become mutated and then remove them.
@ IceDragon1017
There is a cure for the common cold but iy isn’t used because it’s expensive and colds help to build up the immune system. Yes, science cannot prove there is a deity but what proof do you have, a 2000 year old book made up of writings from multiple unknown people translated twice with many words being replaced with others and you then find out god isn’t actually called god. Yeah, I haven’t had an assault rifle aimed at me for wearing the wrong colours because nobody wants to kill you because your from somewhere else it’s because what you believe is different which is why the USA is the most hated country on Earth because it thinks it knows best and forces its beliefs on other countries and isn’t that what you’re doing to us. “science which is really just Man thinking that they have the answer” is evolution a lie? No because it’s proven and seen by many people so I guess creationism is lie and doesn’t that suggest there is a lot more lies in the bible. Yes parts of the world are crumbling as you say but science can’t stop that because it’s coursed by the economy so how about we get rid-off money and trade for things instead or shall we sit around and wait for god to save all those unfortunate people but then again god is known for killing of the human race with plagues and other things isn’t he or maybe it’s a she but it can’t be 1 Timothy 2:11-12 “Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet”. Pain and suffering is also about the economy but more about hierarchy which is a difficult ladder to climb which is why someone once said “the poor become poorer and the rich become richer, life is so unfair”. After death your body decomposes until the only thing left is your skeleton. Your crusade is failing so give up for ever-bodies sake, please.
@ Whom it applies
THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE AKA REACT….because if you’re just going to ramble….show VALIDITY
may God Bless you…we’ll be back after these commercial breaks 🙂 lol
@LoneWolf
not a Jehovah’s Witness…lol…don’t Christianity to a cult….if you think I’m afraid of death then you have another thing coming lol…you’ve probably never had an actual assault rifle targeting you for wearing the wrong colors….science can’t even disprove the fact that God is real 🙂 ….neither can the doctors…while medicines do have some healing properties….it lacks perfection…there still is no cure for cancer, the common cold and many more….it’s one thing to be ignorant to what’s around you but keep thinking science and medicine is going too save you….but it won’t save you spiritually ….interesting how you say one thing and condone it but condemn the next when you yourself noranythi g on this globe can Truly disprove that God is real, that His Son Jesus died the cross for our sins…now you can try your best to write it off but in the end God’s Word will still be left standing…..as for the link I posted it was to verify that is if you looked at the whole thing and not just globally how different parts of the world are simply crumbling….you say science which is really just Man thinking that they have the answer….and I haven’t even whipped out the scriptures yet….so let me ask you this….what do you think happens after you die….better yet what do you think is the reason there is so much undenialbly (spell check lol) so much pain and suffering in the world?
@ doom
I was expecting more from the bible basher not the best comment this site has ever seen.

god doesn’t care. he told me so, we drink 40’s together on easter..
did you ever stop to think that your restricting yourself of things you might enjoy because of a book? sinning is just down right fun! 🙂
i love that there is a book that tells me what not to do, it makes it just that mutch more fun to do it. yeah! LOL.
@ IceDragon1017
If your on about the deaths then the reason is that most of those deaths are natural or people who live in a country without free healthcare e.g. USA or don’t have access to it at all e.g. North Africa.
Yes, we ridicule you but not for you being a Christian but the way you will try with everything you have to convert people who don’t want it. The other weak I had Jehovah’s witnesses come to my house and did the exact same thing and did it make me think about converting, no, it made me hate the religion more. What i’m trying to say is that you think your doing good and the right thing but it’s the exact opposite and you should stop.
I was bought up surrounded by religion, my mums side of the family is Catholic and my dads side is Christian and I used to go to church every week but eventually you realize that there is no proof of what your celebrating/praying to and some of the stuff it consists of is ridiculous.
Religion is like a book with a blank cover, you don’t know what’s inside and when you do find out what’s inside you either like it or you don’t. As I have said and others also, religion is hope needed to replace the fear of death which is why I say religion is unneeded because science and medicine has come to the point where we don’t have to be afraid of death.
The interesting fact is you ridicule a
Christian but you shut your eyes when it comes to this….http://www.worldometers.info/
scroll down that list at your own discretion
& if you think for one instant that science and medicine will sprout better futures…you do realize that the statistics don’t lie….OK so you don’t believe me….maybe it’s God’s speaking thru me to all and like alot of times are so busy trying to make the situation comprehendible and logical that you fail to see the calling on your life….you see it’s very easy to live “your way” but that’s not our purpose….you spend more time questioning God or what God is doing or allowing than living according to His inerrant Word please understand that God has an infinite mind we are finite aka meaning one day your earthly body will perish and rot…the question is will you have lived a fulfilled life before that date and time?
yet you would prefer to shoot the messenger lol…Wow lol I am so not surprised….:-)
@Ultra
you either take the Word of God or you don’t….if your feelings get hurt in the process you either suck it up…own up to it or just keep typing just to make you feel better….I do, however find it ironic how everyone wants to hear the good things about “Christianity” but refuse to live by God’s perfect will…. I’ll take this take my stripes for Christ.Gladly,Boldly &…because I know for sure sure of where I’m going….if you can’t wake up to what I’m saying well that’s your decision…your choice…
people say I don’t believe in God….we can step in front of the freeway but that doesn’t mean the traffic isn’t there….when you see a building how can you not know there was a builder….
@IceDragon1017 > Your beliefs in Christ and his word are not the cause of your ‘persecution’. It’s your presentation, as OPTIMUS so eloquently stated. I guess “those who have ears will listen” right?
Now i’mma say this to all whom it applies….Thank You for your comments, no i’m not a member of the Westboro Baptist Church, NO! I am not condemning anyone just alerting you all to what’s to come of over indulgence…& yes I still don’t even “hate” you guys…(A cursory reading of Matthew 5:21-22 shows that He is speaking not so much about murder but of the steps that lead to it. He traces the roots of murder and war to three major sources: 1) anger, 2) hatred, and 3) the spirit of competition and aggression—in short, the self-centeredness of passionate carnality.)
“Angry without a cause” indicates someone vainly or uselessly incensed. It describes a person so proud, sensitive, or insecure that he gets angry about trifling things. He wears his feelings on his sleeve and is easily offended. He then broods on the offense and nurses it into a grudge.
& No this may not be a church but that isn’t the only place to preach/teach the gospel of peace 🙂 (Now if anyone has anymore negative statements either say your piece or hold your tongue) May God Bless You all with guidance
@Optimus
In Matthew 7:12 Jesus says, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.” Thus, the Golden Rule has always been a basic part of the Bible’s message. Later in Matthew, when asked what the greatest commandment is, Jesus responded, “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments” (Matthew 22:37-40). The night of His arrest, Jesus said to His disciples, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:34-35). Jesus’ love for us is perfect, unchanging, and self-sacrificial. Our capacity to love others the way Jesus commands comes only from our experience of His love and from the power of the Holy Spirit.
One practical way to love others better is to imagine ourselves in their shoes. When we pause to think how we might like to be treated in a certain situation, we build empathy for those actually living that situation. Do we like to be treated with love and respect? Then we should give that gift to others.
So if you knew that your friend would die, wouldn’t you open your mouth & tell them of their impending doom? Well that’s how I feel about you guys’ souls….so while your “hardy hearts may easily misjudge me, you’re totally missing the point….I find it interesting how you say not to use scripture & yet you quote scripture too lol 🙂
It would appear some in the church have made a mess of things, and now those trying hard to live for Christ find themselves besieged with all manner of insult and complaint. Jesus said, “If the world hates you, you know that it hated me before it hated you” (John 15:18). The Blogos article Liberals Love to Hate Christians includes a quote from Gandhi who thought long and deep about the Christian faith and said, “I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.” The world really does look upon Christianity as a contagion poured out on humanity. What was intended for good appears to have morphed into something evil (Isaiah 5:20). So the question becomes, “Would non-believers still find fault with Christians even if every one of them lived without fault and evangelized in love?” The answer is YES! The reason, godliness will always bring an indictment on godlessness!
While nonbelievers dislike Christians for many reasons, I believe the principal reason goes deeper than many would be willing to admit or even realize. First, Jesus spoke “truths” that condemn godless men overflowing with vile passions. Men do not want to retain the knowledge of God, and will readily reject the light of the Gospel and its messengers (Romans 1:28). Second, the very words of Jesus and the apostles speak authority, righteousness, and condemnation that angered people then and will anger them today.
The world hated the message of Christ from the beginning and will continue to hate it until the end of time. To them, the idea of Christ and the cross is foolishness (1 Corinthians 1:18). Furthermore, nonbelievers abhor biblical truth and sense great discomfort in the presence of just one believer. Why? The apostle Paul answered it best by saying, “To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life…” (2 Corinthians 2:16).
Some in the church, who pretend to know the worth of a soul and work tirelessly to convert the masses will, if lacking love and respect in their speech, offend without much effort. I have witnessed a few of these offensives firsthand and on these agree with the nonbelievers.
In closing, although John Shore’s research results are thought-provoking, I am persuaded many of the negative comments do not come because believers are arrogant and hypocritical but because the power of the Gospel pierces the soul with arrows of righteous conviction (Galatians 4:16; 2 Timothy 4:2).
Will I stop? Nope….Jesus didn’t….Sorry but i’d rather serve God than mammon…glad to see you guys’s opinions…I only use scripture because it’s the truth the world refuses to acknowledge…so feel to continue to pierce me with your tongues….Because i’mma still Love ya anyways….
I would have liked to hear your views on the subject OPTIMUS 😀 We may not agree, but as I said to IceDragon1017 I can appreciate it and respect it. This is the place for it, so it’s cool.
@Everyone & IceDragon1017
=> Everyone: Come on, guys, don’t forget the mutual respect…
I understand this may seem a little forced and some may find it annoying, but that’s what he likes… and if that’s what makes him feel good, well I think we can simply accept it and respect his way of conceiving the argument 😉
=> IceDragon1017: But you, my friend… I think you could at least try to stop saying everything by continuously using verses from the Bible, for a while: as I told you at the beginning, before starting to make your theme, there’s a lot of people of different religions here, with their own beliefs, customs, points of view and so on… that means all of them have their own way of thinking about this matter, but if you keep talking like that, it only seems you’re trying to convert them to “your” way of thinking about “your” religion (or whatever you prefer to call it) and honestly, I have to say this doesn’t seem to me a form of respect towards those to whom you’re talking.
And just this form of respect is one of the reasons why I refrained from expressing my beliefs… 🙂
Don’t get me wrong, mate, I’m not saying you have to change your habits or give up what you like and makes you feel good. I respect your beliefs, but the way you conceive this argument is something that concerns only you: I mean, this is not a church where people come to listen to sermons, so there’s no need to always mention verses from the Bible for everything you say… what is good for you doesn’t necessarily mean is good for others.
As I said, all users here have their own beliefs: there are Atheists, Catholics, Agnostics, Buddhists, Protestants, there could even be devil worshipers (lol!)… but they don’t preach their own scriptures to anyone in the site.
Are they Atheists? Just accept it, without mentioning verses…
Are they Buddhists? Just accept it, without preaching the scriptures…
Speaking objectively, like I always did, I honestly think you wouldn’t like to continually listen to other people’s verses (which are not yours) in any speech…
Didn’t someone say “Don’t do to others what you don’t want to be done to you”…? 😉
I give up, my countries past is coming back to haunt us and there’s no stopping it. My ancestors unfortunately created the most hated country on Earth but fortunately the Pacific blocks us from them but for Canada I feel sorrowful on this and everyday they border with the country that we shan’t speak of.
@ IceDragon1017
At least your not from the West Borough Baptist Church because then we would really have problems.
Oh you holy-rolies and your high horses, lol 😀
I like this 1.
@Ultra @LoneWolf @Optimus @doom
Op thnx for theme,Ultra I will just continue praying for you…& LoneWolf The choice is yours
It was rather quite an interesting conversation & i’ll respect your decision God Bless you guys
P.s.Ephesians 4:17 Now this I say and dtestify in the Lord, ethat you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, fin the futility of their minds. 18 They gare darkened in their understanding, halienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to itheir hardness of heart. 19 They jhave become callous and khave given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity. 20 But that is not the way you llearned Christ!—21 assuming that myou have heard about him and nwere taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus, 22 to oput off pyour old self,6 which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through qdeceitful desires, 23 and rto be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on sthe new self, tcreated after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
Thank you all for your time 😀
@Ultra
Lol!
@IceDragon1017 > “….if you would sit your emotions down instead of forming a graven image then you’d clearly see what I see”
I don’t understand the point here. I’m not sure what emotion you are referring to. I keep cool that’s why you see ‘lol’s and ‘smiley faces’. Don’t take yourself TOO seriously 😀
The only reason people cling to the notion of an afterlife is because they fear the finality of death, understandably. Your ‘For the sake of argument’ paragraph to TheLoneWolf989 is proof of that. That’s why those concepts still exist even in a future where most of god’s performances aren’t as fantastic as they were 2000+ years ago.
I like how we have “scales over our eyes” while you blindly “accept by faith that god exists”. I ‘know’ myself. I don’t need ‘blind faith’ when I have that ‘knowledge’. Some people do and I can appreciate that as I’ve stated previously.
Let it be known that I do not deny the existence of something Higher.
I want to thank OPTIMUS and IceDragon1017 for this theme and forum for these discussions. It’s been a while since I’ve spoken to anyone on these matters 😀 *not sarcasm*
Aahh, I knew it would happen… and that’s an example of what I meant when I said that religion/whatever related isn’t an easy thing to deal with…
@uLtRaMa6nEt1c: LOOOOOL!!! 😀
@Ultra
When I say “I Love Ya” i’m not just referring to a brotherly love but rather a compassionate love that by the words that come forth outta my mouth which are transported to my virtual keyboard via PS3….one word sums up all what’s been said…Compassionate…for your soul…it matters to me that if I can answers those questions/comments that it will show you “what really up”….so yea even though you proclaim you don’t feel the <3 ….if you would sit your emotions down instead of forming a graven image then you'd clearly see what I see….or better yet what has been revealed
Hebrews 4:12
12 For wthe word of God is living and xactive, ysharper than any ztwo-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and adiscerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
@LoneWolf
The Bible tells us that we must accept by faith that God exists. Hebrews 11:6 says that without faith “it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” God is spirit (John 4:24) so He cannot be seen or touched. Unless God chooses to reveal Himself, He is invisible to our senses (Romans 1:20). The Bible declares that the existence of God can be clearly seen in the universe (Psalm 19:1-4), sensed in nature (Romans 1:18-22), and confirmed in our own hearts (Ecclesiastes 3:11).
Agnostics are unwilling to make a decision either for or against God’s existence. It is the ultimate “straddling the fence” position. Theists believe that God exists. Atheists believe that God does not exist. Agnostics believe that we should not believe or disbelieve in God’s existence, because it is impossible to know either way.
For the sake of argument, let’s throw out the clear and undeniable evidences of God’s existence. If we put the positions of theism and agnosticism on equal footing, which makes the most “sense” to believe in regards to the possibility of life after death? If there is no God, theists and agnostics alike all simply cease to exist when they die. If there is a God, both theists and agnostics will have someone to answer to when they die. From this perspective, it definitely makes more “sense” to be a theist than an agnostic. If neither position can be proven or disproven, it seems wise to make every effort to thoroughly examine the position that may have an infinitely and eternally more desirable end result.
It is normal to have doubts. There are many things in this world that we do not understand. Often, people doubt God’s existence because they do not understand or agree with the things He does and allows. However, as finite human beings we should not expect to be able to comprehend an infinite God. Romans 11:33-34 exclaims, “Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! ‘Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?’”
We must believe in God by faith and trust His ways by faith. God is ready and willing to reveal Himself in amazing ways to those who will believe in Him. Deuteronomy 4:29 proclaims, “But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul.”
You see OPTIMUS? You see what you started? It’s all your fault! LOL 😀 *joke*
@IceDragon1017 > I don’t know man. I’m not feeling the love, lol.
You’re obviously and understandably being defensive, but using god’s name and scripture as a passive aggressive weapon? Is that acceptable? *sarcasm* I don’t know.
I’m not against you. Your methods can use a little refinement outside of forums like these, that’s what I’m saying. You catch more bees with honey 😀
looks like new boss in asuras warth ^^
@ IceDragon1017
You say teaching is the the activities of educating or instructing; activities that impart knowledge or skill but you don’t get that from religion since it’s mostly wrong and made-up of stories. Religion is hope but with the advances of science and medicine it’s no longer needed and with all the wars it has started we should remove it from society as it is unneeded and does no good. I’m agnostic atheist so I neither disbelieve or believe in a deity or heaven so i’m not biased unlike you or an atheist so my thoughts about this topic are ones worth listening to and I think you should take what I say more seriously for it’s the truth and if you don’t your another god fearing person blinded by religion that cannot be saved.
@LoneWolf
Anger is not always sin. There is a type of anger of which the Bible approves, often called “righteous indignation.” God is angry (Psalm 7:11; Mark 3:5), and believers are commanded to be angry (Ephesians 4:26). Two Greek words in the New Testament are translated as “anger.” One means “passion, energy” and the other means “agitated, boiling.” Biblically, anger is God-given energy intended to help us solve problems. Examples of biblical anger include David’s being upset over hearing Nathan the prophet sharing an injustice (2 Samuel 12) and Jesus’ anger over how some of the Jews had defiled worship at God’s temple in Jerusalem (John 2:13-18). Notice that neither of these examples of anger involved self-defense, but a defense of others or of a principle.
That being said, it is important to recognize that anger at an injustice inflicted against oneself is also appropriate. Anger has been said to be a warning flag—it alerts us to those times when others are attempting to or have violated our boundaries. God cares for each individual. Sadly, we do not always stand up for one another, meaning that sometimes we must stand up for ourselves. This is especially important when considering the anger that victims often feel. Victims of abuse, violent crime, or the like have been violated in some way. Often while experiencing the trauma, they do not experience anger. Later, in working through the trauma, anger will emerge. For a victim to reach a place of true health and forgiveness, he or she must first accept the trauma for what it was. In order to fully accept that an act was unjust, one must sometimes experience anger. Because of the complexities of trauma recovery, this anger is often not short-lived, particularly for victims of abuse. Victims should process through their anger and come to a place of acceptance, even forgiveness. This is often a long journey. As God heals the victim, the victim’s emotions, including anger, will follow. Allowing the process to occur does not mean the person is living in sin.
Anger can become sinful when it is motivated by pride (James 1:20), when it is unproductive and thus distorts God’s purposes (1 Corinthians 10:31), or when anger is allowed to linger (Ephesians 4:26-27). One obvious sign that anger has turned to sin is when, instead of attacking the problem at hand, we attack the wrongdoer. Ephesians 4:15-19 says we are to speak the truth in love and use our words to build others up, not allow rotten or destructive words to pour from our lips. Unfortunately, this poisonous speech is a common characteristic of fallen man (Romans 3:13-14). Anger becomes sin when it is allowed to boil over without restraint, resulting in a scenario in which hurt is multiplied (Proverbs 29:11), leaving devastation in its wake. Often, the consequences of out-of-control anger are irreparable. Anger also becomes sin when the angry one refuses to be pacified, holds a grudge, or keeps it all inside (Ephesians 4:26-27). This can cause depression and irritability over little things, which are often unrelated to the underlying problem.
We can handle anger biblically by recognizing and admitting our prideful anger and/or our wrong handling of anger as sin (Proverbs 28:13; 1 John 1:9). This confession should be both to God and to those who have been hurt by our anger. We should not minimize the sin by excusing it or blame-shifting.
g’nite guys God Bless!
Lol….preaching is a moralistic rebuke
teaching however is the activities of educating or instructing; activities that impart knowledge or skill
@LoneWolf
The bible instructs one to not just live life full of self-desires but to adorn yourself according to His Son Jesus Christ….I think it’s really interesting how everytime I say one thing someone else is like “lashing of the tongue”….lol
Also it’s interesting how you say you don’t believe in the bible or G-O-D but you can half quote the Word just as easy Satan tried Jesus in the desert….lol….& No, I’m not here “Teaching the gospel” for acceptance/fame/glory/or for personal entertainment….because neither of those things can get me into heaven lol…I replied “whoever” because I knew I was going to catch some “FLAK” :)….
all i’m doing is just pretty quoting the necessary scriptures…Thank God 4 that much….
@Ultra I get what you’re saying but I’m not going to “sugarcoat” the gospel for your liking…it is better to teach to those who have an ear than rather have scales over your eyes…. to be honest I love both of you lovely folk…surely all this is a discussion I am neither M-A-D nor easily temper….because when I perish from this world I’m the one who has to be judged
@doom
your statements/questions were alright I was glad to inform you….
@ IceDragon1017
Not forcing, really, well when every comment you make has to do with god or the bible i’m pretty sure that’s preaching and preaching is urging acceptance so please don’t try to cover that up. I have no problem with religion, the problem I have is people like you, people who go on about it all the time when god probably isn’t real and your doing all this for nothing. The bible says to enjoy life and with you preaching a lot of people can’t so please shut up.
P.S. Don’t regard someone as “whoever” just because they go against something you believe/like because it’s rude and not called for. And it’s a sin because the bible says not to anger people and it’s doing just that.
@doom > it’s no one’s fault. This is the perfect theme to have these type of discussions. That’s all it is – discussion. It’s healthy. No one should get bent outta shape over it 😀
No no no IceDragon1017. We, or at least, I don’t hate you or your beliefs. I can’t expend that much energy toward someone I don’t know, lol. I was just saying my piece as you do. Everyone has their own way, you know what I mean?
What I do dislike (not hate) is that every time you speak it becomes a sermon. I’d rather we just talk than be preached to. I’m sure others share this sentiment. There’s a time and a place for everything.
It’s cool to make people aware of what you know and/or believe. It may pique someone’s interest which allows them the opportunity to ask for more. Force is used to push things away. The way you speak about god seems a little forced. That makes people defensive and apprehensive. You have to spoon feed it to people, not shove the whole plate down their throats, you know what I’m saying?
Because of the nature of this theme and you were just answering doom’s questions, my whole point is moot, LOL.
Positive Energy Always Corrects Errors. That means PEACE 😀
well, i hope i didnt do this.
religion is a dicey topic,
i should have kept my comment a little more
neutral,
i knew what i was saying might get people a little jazzed up, but the idea of a higher power its self was on my mind. i tend to get deep in thought and just ramble. sorry if i got people mad at one another. that wasn’t my intention honestly.
@Ultra & whoever

LOL
@OPTIMUS > This theme came out really good. I love the lighting. It’s mesmerizing actually. +1
I’m not here to bash religion or the bible in particular, but this is the future. Please stop letting a dead book strip you of your will and confidence. Take the credit for what you’ve accomplished. That was YOUR power. Don’t be a docile sheep waiting for something that won’t happen. NOTHING comes to those who wait. If you want, go get it.
The bible was not created by holy men, but compiled from older texts by scholars commissioned by men with an agenda. That agenda is control. They tell you you’re a born sinner, so when something bad happens to you or the powers that be screw you over you just accept it. It strips you of your will to react and revolt and to want more. Now you are not a threat.
They include a book like Revelations to control you with fear. That book is written in such a way so that it applies to whatever time/era we are in. People have been in fear of Revelations ever since it was introduced. And that’s exactly what ‘they’ want. It’s just like the news. When the powers feel like the public has become complacent they sprinkle a story about terrorism to raise your alarm and keep you in fear. Same sh*t. It’s a very old tactic. It’s really amazing that a building’s worth of people can control billions of people.
There are a few texts that still exist in museums (and translated in books) that the compilers of the bible referred to: Enuma Elish for Genesis, The Epic of Gilgamesh and the Atrahasis Epic for Noah and the flood. Those are common and easy to find, but there are others that are more obscure but not impossible to find.
I have personally witnessed the belief in God/Jesus Christ help someone to come out of the bottomless pit, so to speak. It saved my stepfather from the hellish life of a heavy indiscriminate drug user. I won’t knock the power of belief/faith. It’s a shame he doesn’t realize that it’s his power, but whatever works is good for me (and him).
I have knowledge of self, so I’m aware of my power. I know the cards that I was dealt. I could’ve been playing those cards better, but I’m still in the game 😀
And you know what? I thank the church for that – for igniting that spark to want to know more.
*My intention is not offend just to share my point of view*
@IceDragon1017 > I agree with TheLoneWolf989. If you believe in Christ and are proud of it, that’s cool. It doesn’t mean that every comment/conversation has to refer to him or the bible. It’s a little pretentious.
@ IceDragon1017
Stop spreading religious shit, the bible is just a bunch of stories telling you how to live your life 2 years ago not today making it irrelevant. Don’t force it on people because that’s the reason people hate religion not because of what it is but because of what it does to people.
@ OPTIMUS
you guys were already in my prayers….as for the payment I was referring to our 1st official comment 🙂
reminiscing 😀
@Doom
As for 2nd question
2 Timothy 1:7
7 for God gave us oa spirit not of fear but pof power and love and self-control.
Your 3rd question
The reason why there is suffering in the world is mainly because of Man’s Cardinal Sin….
Romans 8:28 28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together hfor good,8 for ithose who are called according to his purpose.
you see God has not forsaken us because He sent His only Son Jesus to die for past present & future sins…God shows an extremely high level of patient with us which is His grace (undeserved favor) & mercy (everyday that you awake is because God pursues us regardless) Truly the world will only find God when it lowers itself willingly but due to the fact of the Sin & Satan/his minions it really has turnt into a big charade of living according to God’s perfect will….all in all if one never diligently seeks Jesus then how can he got to heaven…
John 14:6
6 Jesus said to him, “I am lthe way, and mthe truth, and nthe life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 oIf you had known me, you would have pknown my Father also.4 From now on you do know him and qhave seen him.”
As for the whole other religion thing….Jesus rose from the dead….& He even quoted that He was/is God…God the Father is the Alpha & Omega, Jesus the Son was God in the flesh & was all man & all God, & the Holy Spirit/Ghost is the piece of God’s Spirit….if you have any more questions contact me on FB or PSN morris_marshall2003@yahoo.com
PSN IceDragon1017 God Bless!

@Doom
To answer your questions
1) The Bible was written by God but by men….Holy men were used by God as instruments to write the bible…
Matthew 24
Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. 2 But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, uthere will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.”
Signs of the End of the Age
3 As he sat on vthe Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him wprivately, saying, “Tell us, xwhen will these things be, and what will be the sign of your ycoming and of zthe end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered them, a“See that no one leads you astray. 5 For bmany will come in my name, saying, ‘I am cthe Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you dare not alarmed, for this emust take place, but the end is not yet. 7 For fnation will rise against nation, and gkingdom against kingdom, and there will be hfamines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are but the beginning of ithe birth pains.
9 “Then jthey will deliver you up kto tribulation and lput you to death, and myou will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. 10 And then many will fall away1 and nbetray one another and hate one another. 11 And many ofalse prophets will arise pand lead many astray. 12 And because lawlessness will be increased, qthe love of many will grow cold. 13 rBut the one who endures to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom swill be proclaimed throughout the whole world tas a testimony uto all nations, and vthen the end will come.
The Abomination of Desolation
15 “So when you see the abomination of desolation wspoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in xthe holy place (ylet the reader understand), 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 zLet the one who is on athe housetop not go down to take what is in his house, 18 and let the one who is in the field not turn back to take his cloak. 19 And balas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing infants in those days! 20 Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a Sabbath. 21 For then there will be cgreat tribulation, dsuch as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be. 22 And if those days had not been cut short, no human being would be saved. But for ethe sake of the elect those days will be cut short. 23 fThen if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. 24 For gfalse christs and hfalse prophets will arise and iperform great signs and wonders, hso as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, jI have told you beforehand. 26 So, if they say to you, ‘Look, khe is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27 lFor as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be mthe coming of the Son of Man. 28 nWherever the corpse is, there the vultures will gather.
The Coming of the Son of Man
29 “Immediately after othe tribulation of those days pthe sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and qthe stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then rwill appear in heaven sthe sign of the Son of Man, and then tall the tribes of the earth will mourn, and uthey will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven vwith power and great glory. 31 And whe will send out his angels with a loud xtrumpet call, and they will ygather zhis elect from athe four winds, bfrom one end of heaven to the other.
The Lesson of the Fig Tree
32 “From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. 33 So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, cat the very gates. 34 dTruly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. 35 eHeaven and earth will pass away, but fmy words will not pass away.
No One Knows That Day and Hour
36 “But concerning that day and hour gno one knows, not even the angels of heaven, hnor the Son,2 ibut the Father only. 37 jFor as were the days of Noah, kso will be the coming of the Son of Man. 38 jFor as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, lmarrying and giving in marriage, until mthe day when Noah entered the ark, 39 and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, kso will be the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. 41 nTwo women will be grinding oat the mill; one will be taken and one left. 42 Therefore, pstay awake, for you do not know on what day qyour Lord is coming. 43 rBut know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night sthe thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 Therefore you also must be tready, for uthe Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.45 “Who then is vthe faithful and wwise servant,3 whom his master has set over his household, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 xBlessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 47 Truly, I say to you, yhe will set him over all his possessions. 48 But if that wicked servant says to himself, ‘My master zis delayed,’ 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants4 and eats and drinks with adrunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come bon a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know 51 and will cut him in pieces and put him with the hypocrites. In that place cthere will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
nice theme! i dont belive in any bible that has been written over the duration of AD, its a story re written so many times that its like a science fiction novel,
but just about every religion follows the same story about 1 person, as if this person was all over the planet. written about by all different cultures. but just like if you sit 100 people in a circle and tell them to whisper a sentence down the line, the sentence will be completely different at the end… so being a fan of the bible essentialy is almost comparable to being a fan of star wars..
i think the story was rewritten too many times,
but being a fan of the man that died for our sins,
i guess thats different to me,
when i hold my little girl the only way i can describe the love i feel must be from a god.
i think thats why people say god is in all of us..
i totally feel that sometimes, something so powerful and calm together, like angels singing in my soul. i have never cryed tears of joy untill
i have found this love,
but at the same time i dont understand why there is so mutch pain in the world, at the same time there are people that dont deserve pain and torment. innocent people get dealt a shity hand
daily for no reason. war, starvation, illnesses,
there are places on earth were people get butchered for nothing. familys destroyed all over and over and over… in ways that can be summed up with a simple sentence
‘where is your god now?’
im greatful for the family i have and the love i feel
but im conflicted by the pain i feel for others,
and nothing makes me any more special than these people that are tormented. there is pain everywhere. im patently waiting for peace.
in so many ways we are all tormented i think.
so all of this is the devil right?
so why are we not overcoming? were are the mericles for those that deserve them?
seems like its always just fate.. its an endless stream of questions. what if we dont deserve mericles? but he is all powerful so why not?
is he waiting for us to destroy ourselves to create
something else? lol.
there are so many beautiful things in this world,
why is it not beautiful everywhere?
why isnt everything awsome?
isnt it his job to fill people with enuff love so that there is no hate? enuff strength to be emune to disease? enuff food and drink for everyone!?.
maybe its just up to us, maybe the whole god is in us all thing is that we all have what it takes to turn all of this shit around and make things right.
i think if the whole world came together as one
we could defeat all of the terrible crap that happens, we could move forward and defeat
all the bullshit more efficiently.
if people as a collective stopped wasting time fighting and focused on making the world a better place for all of our children, teams and teams of scientist from all over the world working together to destroy illnesses, no reason to fight over country because we are the united people…
i think thats how things wher supposed to be.
everyone prospering and thriving together as a collective power, i think it was his will for harmony , could you imagine it? all of the money used for war could be used to feed the hungry, build schools, more jobs, all of the worlds currency for wepons and war recycled back into something positive,
all of our ideas across the world to destroy illnesses and create cures for everyone on earth.
cure the world..
stop killing in gods name and start living in gods intentions..
@IceDragon1017 & TheLoneWolf989
=> IceDragon1017: Really glad you like it, mate!
About the light, well, if it had been too dazzling, it would have been very hard to read the text below 😉
As for the “payment”: knowing that you appreciate the theme is priceless, so… let’s say that a little prayer for me (when my time has come) is more than enough 😀
=> TheLoneWolf989: Well, this is what I call a “natural disadvantage” of requested themes: they obviously cannot please everyone…
But I thank you for giving your honest opinion, my friend 🙂
Anyway, stay tuned: something special will come… 😉
Normally I love your themes but unfortunately not this one and others will feel the same but it still looks great.
