@steve step 1: go to this site from PS3 find this wallpaper and click download.
Step 2: Download from the PC get a USB Drive open it, make a folder named PS3 and inside PS3 make another folder called THEME copy and paste your desired theme into the THEME folder and take your usb to your PS3 and install it on the theme settings.
