A bit of criticism though: the Saved Data Icons (one for PS3, the other for PSP/Minis) are switched! Otherwise it would have been perfect!

I figured out the sounds option
press x, circle etc. while on xmb?
@iron Dante Thanks bro 😀 and @Harley_Quinn_Guy the sounds are different when you move the cursor, press X, Circle, etc, on the XMB menu.

You should have used my icons from that theme. They’re the same, but I touched some up and colored them all white.
