It’s a very good program, easy to use but with professional functions and above all it’s free.
You can make icons, backgrounds or everything you want using even lighting effects, transparencies, perspective transformation, layers… everything.

I get what you’re saying, but I currently have very limited access to any of the programs required to create new icons or a better preview image. There’s only so much you can do with “paint” ya dig?

Not bad to be your first theme, Echo! 😀
Just few things, though: you need to update the icons (adding “minis” and “chat room text”) and you should try to improve the preview image when you upload a theme, because this is the first thing one sees before deciding whether to download a theme or not…
