Yep, that happens sometimes… usually, it depends on how the original sounds have been created and/or synthesized: so, varying the frequency values, they may just lose quality, but in some cases even their main range is changed, which very often modifies also the tones’ amplitude. But using some filter, it’s possible to bring everything back to normal…

As for the sounds, you can use a simple (and free) program called Audacity: it has lots of professional features that allow you to edit sounds in any way you want, so that you can keep a good quality no matter what’s the KHz value, or the original volume intensity, or stuff like that… It’s a good program and I always used it for my themes (although I’m not putting sounds anymore, because many people do not appreciate them …) Give it a try Thanks a lot man! Well, I’m having some little problem focusing on it because of my “busted brain” which is getting worse lately… 🙁 but I’m doing my best!
As for the sounds, you can use a simple (and free) program called Audacity: it has lots of professional features that allow you to edit sounds in any way you want, so that you can keep a good quality no matter what’s the KHz value, or the original volume intensity, or stuff like that…

I’ve been trying but I can’t get it right. The frequency is at 48000 right now, it’s supposed to be 44100 but its too high pitched at 44100.

Honestly, it’s not hard to do it yourself. Just download the theme, extract it, then compile it without the sounds.
