request for a theme|Theme Requests|Forum|PS3 Themes

I rencetly downloaded a Matrix dynamic theme but the scrolling it does is a bit to fast. i was wondering if someone could edit the one I have to make the text scroll a little bit slower or if they could make a new onethat just has the text rolling slower and instead of green letter they could make them red. if anyone could do this I would greatly appriciate it.
