Okay i know this is stupid but, im just wondering how long does it take to be approve by the admins. I upload my theme last sunday and until now i dont see it posted in here. i saw new themes coming but mine hasnt. is there some kind of reservation here like first come first serve?
after uploading there is word that say it will wait an approval of admin 1-7 days. do i need to check my email or what?

Usually it takes about a week/week and a half to appear on site. Also if you didn't follow the rules it won't appear at all. I was waiting for 2-3 weeks one time. I found out my preview pic didn't have images of icons on it. Make sure you follow the rules or you'll just be waiting.......

REALLY!! im pretty sure i followed the rules my preview pic is 480X270 im sure of that.my other theme i put a video on it but not from youtube. anyway i guess ill wait for it see if it appears on site thanks

The size of the pic won't matter, but what, uLtRaMa6nEt1c said about the icons being in the image is required. It usually took about a week or so and now since the times have been slow it took about two weeks to have one of mine come up. Just be patient and it'll come up soon.

Well they do say upload times are longer than normal on the front page, which is understandable - who wants to be coop'd up inside addig submitions during the summer months? lol
My last took about 2 to 2&1/2 weeks to show up, so it'll probably take somewhere around that providing everything checks out.
