PS3 Theme Builder - Install Problem!|PS3 Themes|Forum|PS3 Themes

Hey there

I have a huge problem with installing the Theme Builder.
I tried it 4 times now, always the same.

Followed the TuT:
- Installed 2.5 Full
- Installed 3.0 Update
- Copied 4.0 beta Files in Install Directory

Always get this on startup, and can't edit some Files like the notification window, it's not there.

Maybe someone can help me with this!
