is there any way i can get the original icons that are default on the ps3 i just really want to change the backgrounds on my ps3.

Here is a link for the 3.70 firmware icon pack from Sony http://uk.playstation.com/ps3/.....s/ (click agree to download). The easy way for you would be to create a new theme with the PS3 theme builder but don't select any icons that way you are not telling the PS3 to replace the original icons.

 

Don't forget you could always choose any of your photos on the PS3 hdd as the background also.
