I am running windows 7 64 bit. When i install this theme builder it says i am missing a dll file. Does anyone else get this error and if so how do i fix this problem. i am installing all three including the 4.0 and it still says the same shit its missing MSVCP71.dll any help would be great.

As I explained to someone else somewhere here in the forum (but I don't remember who and where :P) MSVCP71.dll is a run time library that PS3 Theme Builder needs to work correctly under Windows...

You just need to download it from some Microsoft site, and then put it into the System folder of your OS (example "System32" for Windows XP, and so on)
