im trying to make a ps3 theme for the first time ever, and a big problem i have now is i cant convert an image to 640-480 file size for the sd background image. can anyone help me fix this?

also im using ps3 theme builder 2.5 because whenever i install 3.0 and try to boot it, it instantly crashes. any idea what the problem is there?
