i read that part problem is in the script it doesnt even read dds files theres mtrl_06 - mtrl whatever ut theres no extention so i dont know if its jpg png log vix fuk or what as far as i know it can be pal format

In the xml part you described it does have the extension. But all you have to do is delete the entry that has 'border' in it ( I think 
). I't's been a while since I looked at that script.

oops.... i read that wrong my bad i ddnt see the .dds part lol maybe i can make a full animated ima check into it and find out

i made my theme it actually worked hahahaha and then i went on to my animated border just to see what the animation would look like... lets just say if i had known it would have been like the animated window i would have chosen that for my upload lmao
Hey guys, I'm having problems. It's been a while since I've made a dynamic or animated theme so I forgot some instructions. How do I edit the icons? Whenever I try to do it, there would always be a white square behind it. Also, for animated window, how do I move the window and change its color? How do I make an animation without having borders around?

hmm need help, after following this tutorial almost near the end about making raf file
after i drag the AnimatedFull.xml (want to test this for my theme without border) to the raf_compiler.exe at the end gives me this message:
raf_pack.exe - System error
"The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
it did make a folder named tmp bit files like gtf and some stuffs but no raf is made because of this error....

haa.. yeah... but nevermind, just google of the files and made the theme and it works ^^ at least its a bit test phase but works ^^ now a little bit of creation ^^ and find some nice icons and nice vid
what are the important to know about the video size and frame rate btw??? if framerate means thats only how many pics is limited??....
EDIT: what would happen if you have a video of 848x480, will it same like 640x360 to fit in the screen?...

Dont worry its not my real skype, I made it just for this.
I am having some serious issues. I'm through the first like 4-5 steps, but I do not know anything about photoshop, and now im running into problems.
