How can I edit a dynamic theme downloaded from this site?|PS3 Themes|Forum|PS3 Themes

hy there

i'm noob when it comes to dynamic ps3 themes and i was just wondering how do i edit any given dynamic ps3 theme? i know my way around regular themes so i thought this was no biggie but seems i was wrong or i am doing something wrong.

i just wanted to change the icons in the theme i am using since i like some other ones better. the extraction works just fine with the regular ps3 theme builder but for some reason when i compile the theme again it doesn't add the animated background.

also when i want to choose the animated background it won't let me cause of the dimensions. neither as HD or SD background. seems very strange to me because even it's the same image that has been extracted from the theme. even if i don't change anything in the theme, just extract it and compile the exactly the same with the same xml file the background is not there.

i guess i am doing something wrong so someone please tell me what it is
