My PS3 won't recognize my custom theme on my usb
I've tried other usb drives and none work
I followed the directions on the site completely
downloading themes on a usb doesn't work either
i go click the usb and it says there are no themes installed
i have the latest firmware and everything
You know your theme has to be in 2 folders. You have to name a folder PS3 then a folder within it called THEME and then put your custom theme into that folder. That's the only way your ps3 is going to acknowledge it.
So I have a similar issue with my current set up and im wondering if its to do with the current network shutdown. heres the scenario...
Downloaded themes from this site, and decided "what the hell" and made my own theme also. used the ceompiler on the PS blog and everything went well. Pulled all the p3t files over to my Sony 4 GB USB stick popped into the console.
went to >settings>thenes>install>USB device adn no joy it says there are NO themes.
Does any or has anyone had a similar issue? If im reposting on the incorrect thread scuse me 🙂
