If your theme wasn't approved check so it comply with the upload rules.

Uhm... you've probably uploaded the theme when the approval time was 2 weeks...

Anyway, did you get the green message saying "thank you for uploading... we will review your submission within 1-7 days", after uploading the theme?
If not, maybe something went wrong, and you just need to upload it again...

The upload, from my experience at least, can be a bit clumsy at times. I'd recommending getting as dead-set to the requirements as possible. Just be safe, try to keep your p3t file lower than 14.6mb. Also make sure the theme preview features the icons like required and you'd be best to keep it sized down to a 480x270. You should, like Optimus stated, see a green message on the bottom right above the "Upload" button that states the "thank you for uploading" message. If you don't see this when it's finished, its possible something went wrong. For me, files that failed to upload properly in my default browser, Chrome, seemed to have a much better chance if I uploaded them using Internet Explorer. Could just be coincidental however. If it still fails, perhaps remake the theme over again? Doesn't seem like it should do any difference, but I've had to do it in the past to get past some bizarre "limit exceeded" error.
