If you're talking about "PS3 Theme Builder 3.0", well... sorry, mate, but it has been programmed to work on Windows XP only, so I don't think it will work on Mac.

You should search for something like "P3TBuilder" or similar tools specifically made for OSX...
The tool I just mentioned should be available on http://www.ps3sa.co.za
