So i just made a new theme and it applys and everything but soon as i switch my console off and back on again the themes icons and everything are still there only the background has changed to the default ps3 background,  just curious if anyone else has noticed this it only started doing it on my latest animated theme and on the v4.10 update FrownConfusedConfused

hmm.. now that's odd.. I have been testing a few of my themes lately after the 4.10 update and I haven't experienced anything like that...

Well, it's not a matter of issues and/or bugs: actually Sony's just trying to prevent the use of custom dynamic themes, since the 4.0 firmware update has been released...

Yep, that's for sure! And that's the reason why Sony keeps on trying to prevent the use of custom dynamic themes...
Well, I honestly cannot blame Sony because it's a matter of fact that, unlike standard themes, the custom dynamic ones are the result of leaked informations regarding Sony's SDK (Software Development Kit) which allowed creating an editor for dynamic themes: so, they will always continue to prevent the use of those themes...
