Ok, so there is a problem with the chatbox that i believe needs to be fixed. I brought up this issue on the chat and others agreed as well.
The first issue is that the chat is out of the way. Many people may not have noticed it which is the main issue of this. Due to this, the chat is almost always empty and from my experience, whenever i go on it i've never seen any guest even though there may be some that pass by.
The solution:
I have originally thought of this when the chatbox idea was suggested... I think if the chatbox was placed on the homepage where EVERYONE would see it, it would be alot simpler. Also i'm pretty sure there are tons of guests that visit this site just to check out the home page, so if the chat box was implemented somewhere on the homepage they would automatically be part of the chat.

(Here the chatbox is on the homepage -- if you scroll all the way to the bottom you will see it)
But i'm not suggesting to place the chatbox at the bottom of the page because that would defeat the purpose of making it visible for everyone as well as having alot of guests engaged in the chat. I think the best spot to place it is under the signing in section of the site.
If anyone agrees and would like to make this change please reply to this thread as a way of signing this petition.

@ JD Im in with this dahaha chatbox is no use if we always loose the chance to chat with someone because the chatbox itself cant multitask. Its nice to have a chatbox thats always ready on the go without staying in the chatbox page the whole time.
@ultramagnet1c Dahaha no worries our friend admin is not gonna ban us haha, by the way how many times did we petition last month? as long as i remember only 1 time

@everyone , sounds good , i like the chat feature but its no good unless its being used ... im in !! please admin consider fixing this issue thankyou ...

@Harima - this is the 3rd time. We got the 'theme views' back. We didn't get the 'thank you' button. And now this.
If i'm not mistaken we asked for the chat too, but it was just an idea someone threw out there and it was implemented almost immediately (I think).

@ultramagnet1c holy this is the 3rd time wow i cant believed it, well we should shut our petitioning minds after this one is gets heard. I guess im the one who ask that before haha yeah im the one i just cant believe that this will grow into madness . anyway after this there is nothing left to petition besides the "sign in first before download thing" (probably the last one to petitioned). I know this will be done because our admin is like the santa claus of this site.

LOL .. well we work hard to make themes for this site so i think we deserve to put our ideas out there for the admin to
consider no matter how many petitions are made. but yea i think this is the last one since there's nothing else i can think of haha.

Oh come on giving up already? Our friend admin is probably thinking things over and maybe one day its up already. Christmas is almost here admin, atleast make this petition as a christmas gift.

I didn't quit lol but it looks like the admin doesn't care much about this since he didn't reply.. anyway its cool with me he made alot of changes to this site and listened to us enough for now haha

Unfortunately it's not possible to put it in the sidebar or footer since the chat software isn't compatible with the sites cache system. So it's only possible to have the chat on it's own page since it's no problem running one page without cache, but it wouldn't work for the whole site, it would make the site very slow and probably crash during peak traffic
