This theme contains two animated backgrounds and custom icons from the theme “Black and Blue” but with the missing icons created by me.
The theme with the two backgrounds is too heavy, so the original download link only contains the blue background.

Very good theme, just add some icons like other say and it will be even better. But regardless it’s still a very nice theme.

Don’t attempt to try to access the mediafire link on the PS3, it won’t save it. Just loads it as bunch of text.
I use my PS3 to download the themes from here. Easier to install them.
