how do you even do it?? is it just animated gifs or what??
Dynamic themes require a dev kit, so only for licensed developers.
its the fact that they aren't just frames, there actual in game type 3d environments, some react when you scroll left and right, like on thee lbp one it hits off the stars, and the theme changing from day to night, dynamic=changes over time
yeah 402 said that IW is making MW2 dynamic ones, it will be cool to see what kind of dynamic themes will come
