I know by now this must be the evil question to ask in the forums, but what roughly is the upload wait time after submitting a theme? Second, if I submitted one before I registered, but registered with the same name I uploaded it with, will I be able to update it, thanks in advance for any answers.

The wait time is usually atleast 48h. During weekends it can be even more. But just mention when you upload the theme that it should replace your previous upload.
