I heard that the Dynamic themes use almost the same data as making a real videogame.. but what about making Dynamic Anime themes, movies, action, etc? Is there any chance of these coming to the website at all?

It's not possible at the moment to create dynamic themes since it requires a PS3 dev kit. So for now it's only the developers who can create them.
